Andrew and I decided to look around at different fellowship groups at Grace church, because although we love Joint Heirs, we are looking to go somewhere where we can meet more people our age that we can get to know well during our short time here in the US. The first group we tried was the Cornerstone young married group, which is about 80% people who are just married or just starting families. We went there this last Sunday, and were struck by how welcoming everyone was and really appreciated the message by their pastor, Tom Patton. The group is busy on a marriage series during the Summer Break and the message was tailored for us! We were invited to a BBQ with one of the Bible Studies down in the valley, and were so blown away with their closeness and friendliness that we feel we won't need to look any further! We are so grateful to the Lord for fellowship with other believers!
