Disneyland decorates the park according to the major seasons here in the States: SoCal Sun, Halloween and Wintery Christmas. It's really cool to go down in the afternoon and catch a few rides, watch the fireworks and then head back home again. That way we don't get too tired and sore from walking around so much! Today we went down to see the Halloween theme for the first time together!
First stop is California Adventure...
Where we went to California soaring, a really cool ride!
And then the fast rollercoaster!
Next, we hit the streets at Disneyland and headed for the Haunted Mansion which is most decked out at this time of year.
The Castle was radiant as usual! But Main Street was all done up for the season...
After the fireworks, which were different to the usual ones, we went to Downtown Disney to explore while everyone else was trying to leave the park!
We really had a wonderful time at the park, it really looked so festive! But... Reality check... Time to join the stream of cars back home!
