Romans 1:20

"For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse."

The Local LA Mountains - A Hunt for Snow

So it's been a few days but we were really hoping to still be able to drive to some nearby snow... We took Sand Canyon road to the top of our closest mountain to see what we could see!!!

I could see snow in the distance...

Up and up we climbed!

But...

All that was left at the top was some ice!!! And a magnificent view!!!

We obviously took the wrong mountain...

It was really beautiful up there, we were still glad we took the trip!

On our way down we stopped and took pictures of all the little things we spotted while driving up! I saw some massive houses, Placerita Canyon is known for it's old beauties!

We saw some horses...

And then...

This really cool "ruin" on the side of the road so we went to explore!!! I love stuff like this!!!

Shadow picture...

After our nice trip, Andrew went off to unpack our house a little after the bug ordeal, and I went to spend time with my dear friends, the Birds! Their complex looks so much like fall has fallen!

Later, they were kind enough to have Andrew and I over for dinner and we enjoyed a sweet time of fellowship with them before rushing off to Johnny and Jenny's official Farewell in the most adorable condo in Valencia! What a fun day we had!
