A date night in the Park

Andrew and I try to take time out of our week to just relax, enjoy each other's company and do something special together. We take turns in planning the event and surprise the other after a long day or on a special occasion. This time I took Andrew to a park nearby our new home and packed a supper for us. It's great that the sun doesn't even set till 8 at night here, so we could stay out and enjoy the outdoors even after a full day at work... We picked up our main course at Panda Express - a really delicious Chinese food place, and then set out a blanket on the grass and enjoyed the fresh air for the evening.

    Enjoy those date nights! Scott and I used to be consistent with those but it seems harder and harder with life being so busy. Not that we don't get time together--we actually get a lot--but it's not set apart for date night as it used to be.
    Have you tried Coffee Kiosk? You must get a Carmelatto from there. They're soooo tasty!
