Santa's been!!!
Merry Christmas!!! First things first... A good cuppa coffee in our new mugs from the Newbolds!
And then it's stocking time~!
We were also given this strange looking tin, it had what Americans call "biscuits" inside, ready to bake!!!
And boy were they yummy!!!
Of course, the real reason for Christmas is the birth of our Lord!!! Andrew read the Christmas story for us and we meditated on the most incredible true story ever!
It was so great to snuggle and stay in for the morning, enjoying our first "Married Christmas" together!
In the afternoon we had the incredible privilege of sharing in Christmas lunch with the Curries! Their whole family got together and we had a blessed time of fellowship and fun with them! What a wonderful and godly family! We so enjoyed it!
The festive table
The fabulous dessert!
Aren't these cool! made from food coloring, cornflakes, Marsh-mellows and cinnamon hots!
mmmmmm...
This was so much fun! They phoned the family that couldn't make it this year and chatted to them over skype! Granny and Grandpa got a real kick out of it!
And so did Andrew!!!
After dessert it was present opening time!!! The family was so generous and even got Andrew and I a gift!!! We were truly spoilt!
The decor...
Mark and Pam Currie
The gift exchange...
merry Christmas to all our friends and may you remember to celebrate the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ above all else this season!!!
