What a beautiful place Newport beach is! The afternoon was free time so we went off together to the much raved about Balboa Island, not really knowing what to expect, but it was fantastic! We really enjoyed the walk around and saw some fun architecture and the sea air was so refreshing. Spring was really out in full form with all the flowers blooming and new leaves budding...

Just for a laugh I had to put this last pic in of the HORRENDOUS carpet in the conference room we used! Good memories though! I suppose it was cool once upon a time...
